At FiestaPic, we value and respect our users' privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect the information you provide when using our application designed for sharing photos and videos of social events and related digital invitation features.

1. Information We Collect

When you use FiestaPic, we may collect the following information:

• Personal Information: Such as your name, email address, and other details you provide during registration or while using our features.
• Multimedia Content: Photos and videos you upload to the application during events.
• Digital Invitation Content: Information you choose to include in a digital invitation associated with an event (for example: text, images, design selections, schedules, locations, names, links, and other invitation details), as provided and managed by the event administrator/host. This may include the invitation name/title and the event date; once the Host performs the first send from within the App, the invitation becomes active and certain fields may be locked pursuant to service policies.
• Invitation Distribution Data: Information related to sending or sharing a digital invitation (for example: sharing actions, delivery methods selected within the app, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the invitation delivery).
• Invitation Visual Catalog Data: Authorized administrators may privately view the latest saved invitation to curate reusable designs. If a design is published as a theme, FiestaPic creates a frozen derivative containing only allowlisted visual settings and safe sticker references. The public theme excludes customer text, names, dates, photos, audio, locations, personal links, Guests, RSVP data, visibility settings, and owner identity.
• Purchase, package, promotion, and entitlement data: Information related to purchases, event packages, event expansions, digital invitation add-ons, credits, promotional codes, FiestaPic cards, payment references, transaction status, and other account entitlements needed to operate the Service, provide support, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable obligations.

2. Use of Camera and Microphone

FiestaPic requests access to your device's camera and microphone solely to enable you to capture photos and record videos with audio within the application. We do not access these resources without your explicit consent and do not use them for any other purposes.

3. Use of Information

The information collected is used to:

• Facilitate the creation and management of events.
• Allow guests to upload and share multimedia content.
• Provide event administrators access to shared photos and videos.
• Enable the creation, configuration, and operation of digital invitations associated with events.
• Support the sharing and delivery of digital invitations to recipients selected by the event administrator/host.
• Curate and provide an anonymized catalog of reusable invitation themes and stickers. AI name suggestions receive only the anonymized visual snapshot and safe sticker metadata, never the customer's invitation content or account credits.
• Process purchases, package activations, event expansions, digital invitation add-ons, credits, promotional codes, FiestaPic cards, and related account entitlements.
• Improve and personalize the user experience.
• Send notifications related to events, invitations, and the application.
• Maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and prevent fraud or misuse of the Service.

Depending on your preferences and applicable permissions, we use information about your use of FiestaPic, your device and purchases to improve the experience and understand which advertising is helpful. To do this, we may share this information with Google and Meta and use cookies or similar tools. You can turn off analytics and advertising measurement at any time in the privacy settings on our website.

4. Downloading Content

Only the event administrator or owner may download the high-quality images and videos shared in their event, unless they grant permission to one or more guests to also download such content.

Although FiestaPic applies access controls and permission settings, in web environments resource handling depends in part on browsers and devices. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that guests or third parties will never download, copy, or retain shared content. Likewise, it is not technically possible to fully prevent screenshots or screen recordings on mobile devices or web browsers.

5. Account Deletion

Users may request the deletion of their account at any time through the following options:

• From the FiestaPic app, users can find a button in the settings section to permanently delete their account.
• Sending a request via email to support@fiestapic.com.

Upon receiving the request, we will proceed to delete your account and associated data within a reasonable timeframe, unless certain data retention is required for legal reasons or to resolve disputes. For clarity, if you are an event administrator/host and you have created digital invitations, purchased packages, used event expansions, redeemed promotional codes, or used FiestaPic cards, some limited technical, transaction, and entitlement records may be retained for security, fraud-prevention, accounting, support, and dispute-resolution purposes where permitted or required by law.

6. Information Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, please note that no method of data transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through a notification within the application or by other appropriate means. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we protect your information.
