FiestaPic requests access to your device's camera and microphone solely to enable you to capture photos and record videos with audio within the application. We do not access these resources without your explicit consent and do not use them for any other purposes.

• Allow guests to upload and share multimedia content.
• Provide event administrators access to shared photos and videos.

4. Downloading Content

Only the event administrator or owner may download the high-quality images and videos shared in their event, unless they grant permission to one or more guests to also download such content.

5. Account Deletion

Users may request the deletion of their account at any time through the following options:

• From the FiestaPic app, users can find a button in the settings section to permanently delete their account.
• Sending a request via email to support@fiestapic.com.

Upon receiving the request, we will proceed to delete your account and associated data within a reasonable timeframe, unless certain data retention is required for legal reasons or to resolve disputes.
